The Operations Support Specialist isresponsible for providing technical and administrative support forthe daytoday operations of a business.
They will be responsible fortroubleshooting and resolving technical issues ensuring the smoothoperation of systems and processes and providing administrativesupport.
Operations Support Specialist Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Providetechnical support to customers and staff troubleshooting andresolving issues promptly andprofessionally.
- Monitor system performance andensure that all systems and processes are runningefficiently.
- Install and configure hardwaresoftware and networks.
- Perform systemmaintenance tasks including system upgrades andpatches.
- Create and maintain user accounts andaccess levels.
- Monitor network security andensure compliance with policies andregulations.
- Generate reports analyze data anddocument processes.
- Provide administrativesupport to staff as needed.
Operations Support Specialist Requirements andQualifications
- Bachelors degree orequivalent experience in a relatedfield.
- Proven experience in systemadministration and technical support.
- Knowledgeof Windows and Linux operatingsystems.
- Knowledge of networking protocols andtechnologies.
- Excellent problemsolving andcustomer service skills.
- Able to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Able tohandle multiple tasks and prioritizeeffectively.
