About The Position
Job Details
Start Date : Immediately
Assignment Length : 12 weeks
Schedule :
- 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Typical hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Responsibilities :
- Conduct low vision evaluations for patients
- Engage with patients using templated questions related to low vision devices
- Provide therapy sessions lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour
Requirements :
- Licenses / Certifications : MO and KS state licenses required (Q6 modifier acceptable)
- Experience : At least 1 year, confident with low vision evaluations
