Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy treatment and training to patients in their homes.
This role involves collaborating with physicians and other team members to develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aide staff while ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
