DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time office role typically works Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with opportunities to earn overtime.

As an Auto Body Receptionist - Customer Service Associate, you're the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them with a friendly and professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.

You carefully listen to their needs, answer any questions they may have, and direct them appropriately, whether that means taking payments or connecting them with the right person.

But that's not all - you also reach out to customers to follow up on payments and appointments as needed, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you play an important role in our administrative functions, from reconciling accounts payable to scanning files and managing repair orders in our computer database.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTO BODY RECEPTIONIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• 2+ years of experience in a collision repair facility
• Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• 18+ years of age

Experience with CCC estimating system and other auto collision industry software would be a plus! If you meet the above requirements, we need you.
