Our LOCATION drivers start at approximately $FROM-$TO per year (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.

About the Opportunity

As a Beverage Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers.

You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a full-time position in our LOCATION, CO location.

Job Duties include :

• Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
• Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
• Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
• Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
• Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

This position requires one to be a self starter. Able to cover all routes due to vacations or call offs. Can run multiple routes with out assistance and on short notice.

Available for weekends. Positive problem solving skills. Knowledge of delivery and company procedures / policie.

• Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 70 lbs.
• Must be capable of pushing or pulling loaded carts (weighing approximately 300 lbs).
• Can work safely year-round in varying weather conditions

• You possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• You have a clean motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years
• You have excellent customer service skills

• You can quickly learn product and account characteristics
• You're comfortable working independently, exercise sound judgment and take initiative.

• Previous driving and / or delivery experience is preferred but not required

The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window

Compensation range : $192.00 / day to $208.00 / day per year (including base pay, commissions and bonus)

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon route, geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level)
