Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.
Foster a customer-first culture that emphasizes responsiveness, empathy, and clear communication.
Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures that enhance consistency and quality.
Monitor service performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from order to delivery.
Proactively address and resolve customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Partner with leadership to identify new service offerings and opportunities to strengthen customer engagement.
Champion technology and process improvements that streamline the customer journey.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of customer service leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing, distribution, or service-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of improving service processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office required.
