Location : Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Type : Contract

Salary : $48.12 - 53.12 per hour

Work Hours : 8am to 5pm

Education : Bachelors

Responsibilities :

• Mapping user flows, UX / UI, influencing experience with education and strategic vision of team and user feedback and research.
• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
