Job Summary
Responsible for day to day task. Oversees the office and accounts receivable and maintain detailed and accurate account documentation.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four years related experience and / or training; or Associate degree and two years of related experience and / or training; or Bachelors degree.
3 year experience in healthcare. Knowledge of billing / collections. Supervisory experience.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provide excellent customer service to include compassion and empathy while focusing on account resolution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced customer service and phone skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and has a strong attention for detail
