• As a Care Assistant , you will promote wellbeing and enhance the lives of our residents by keeping them safe.
• By joining us as a Care Assistant , you will deliver personalised care tailored to each individual.
• Care Assistants provide emotional support for our residents and residents’ family members.
• Our Care Assistants strive for excellence in all they do.
• Promoting independence, offering choice, and caring with respect is at the heart of all our Care Assistants!
• Complete personal care , including toileting, bathing, showering, catheter / stoma care, bed changing and more dependant on the needs of the service user, whilst always maintaining their dignity.
