DeVries is seeking a Senior Vice President with a strong background in client management. The Senior Vice President plays a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the agency.
Responsible for leading the client relationship, recommending programs and activities coordinating with client's goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets.
He / she will also be engaged with business development, strategic program planning, and the development of creative concepts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and day-to-day client relations for multiple clients in the beauty and consumer space.
- Develop and maintain strong and consistent interpersonal relationships with senior clients and agency teams.
- Develop campaigns, messaging and content across several different audiences and geographies.
- Manage and execute content development.
- Support cross-company integration on various accounts and across skillsets.
- Project management of client work, campaign execution.
- Work closely with agency leadership on running the business, including managing client budgets and staff capacity / allocation.
- Develop, mentor and lead large cross-functional teams.
- Lead and participate in new business efforts.
- Aptitude for financial analysis.

Salary range : $150,000 - $250,000
DeVries has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors : a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience;
actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
