As our Front of House Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations, from staffing and training to customer service and maintenance.

You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all staffing responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating employees.
• Purchase food and supplies while minimizing waste.
• Supervise staff in terms of food preparation, customer service, cleaning, repairs, and policy adherence.
• Promote teamwork and good morale among employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by personally greeting guests and resolving any complaints.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
• Participate in training programs and communicate regularly with the General Manager about restaurant operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and cash receipts.

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Strong communication skills to train and motivate employees.
• Time management skills and attention to detail to handle a variety of tasks and prepare reports on time.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read manuals and prepare reports as required.
• Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
