We are seeking a full-time Assistant Clinic Manager to join our busy Neurosurgery office located in SW Portland next to St.

Vincent Medical Center off Barnes Road, and the secondary office location located in Providence Plaza. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.

This position directly assists the Clinic Manager in providing superior leadership and excellent communication skills while demonstrating professional patient care examples for staff to exemplify.

Primary duties will include being responsible for assisting with scheduling, staff development, problem resolution, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have three years of medical office experience and have a working knowledge of all front office job duties, including patient registration, scheduling, and electronic medical records.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, motivation and customer service skills, and excellent at fostering teamwork.

Workdays will be Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm.

Starting pay range, based on experience : $30.44 - $45.67 per hour

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
  • At least three years of medical office experience
  • Proficiency in EMR and scheduling software.
  • Excellent phone skills, customer service and leadership abilities.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
