Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and expand training materials and eLearning modules based on industry and departmental needsConduct training sessions and needs analysis to assess end user competenciesCollaborate with management to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and revise as necessaryRequired QualificationsThree years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in managed healthcare or call center customer serviceExperience in the healthcare insurance industry is strongly preferredExperience with Customer Service systems such as Business Information systems and Health Management Systems preferredExperience in developing or delivering adult learning preferredExperience in technical or professional writing preferred
