Job Details
- This is a position working in our hospital pharmacy providing high quality, cost-effective, pharmaceutical and / or related services to patients, physicians and appropriate customer groups.
- Also, participates in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and to provide support to patients, patient's family, medical staff team and other appropriate persons.
- To maintain accurate and adequate documentation of services provided.
- Position takes rotating call as required.
Job Requirements
- Must have a currently active Montana Pharmacist License.
- 2 years' experience of working within a hospital pharmacy setting.
- Must have knowledge of the Meditech Expanse EHR system.
