Responsibilities :
Participates in the screening evaluation and care of inmates whileunder the supervision of a physician and / or registerednurse.
Record patients medical information and vitalsigns.
Prepare patients for and assist with examinations ortreatments.
Prepare rooms sterile instruments equipment or supplies and ensurethat stock of supplies ismaintained.
Coordinate with other medical and ancillary personnel as requiredto ensure continuity ofcare.
Monitor record and report symptoms or changes in patientscondition.
Provide appropriate nursing interventions in emergencysituations.
Comply with all state requirements and facility policies andprocedures.
Additional duties as assigned byfacility.
