A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Operator to manage incoming calls and provide assistance in the SSDA department.

Key Responsibilities : Answer and process all incoming calls to the SSDA department, aiming for one-call resolutionEnter detailed notes in the system and task appropriate team members for further actionsProcess incoming faxes, voicemails, and assist with administrative tasks as neededRequired Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is required2+ years of experience in customer service (phone, in-person, or call queue style)Background in claims, insurance, or customer care preferredKnowledge of medical terms is preferable
