The Senior Marketing Coordinator oversees and coordinates the development and preparation of marketing deliverables, including proposals, presentations and submittals, while promoting community awareness of the firm and assisting the team in building and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities :
Consistently coordinate with market Executive VPs and Practice side leaders as well as Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Senior Coordinators, Coordinators and Graphics TeamParticipate in capture planning sessions and promote and follow Way-to-Win and Way-to Communicate platformsDevelop outlines and strategies for proposals and presentations in conjunction with EVPs, Project Executives and Project ManagersCoordinate, create, organize and oversee activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations and qualification packagesParticipate in the development of and maintain collateral marketing resource materialsEnsure submittal compliance and accuracy for marketing deliverablesWork alongside Corporate Communications and Practice Leaders to promote visibility of Gresham Smith in such areas as conferences, open houses, social media and community outreachFollow brand guidelines and coordinate with Gresham Smith brand ambassadors as neededComplete prequalification forms, client questionnaires and qualifying statements as requiredAssist in conducting ongoing marketing research as neededContribute as needed to market strategic planning efforts led by the EVPInteract with Marketing staff in other firm officesParticipate in Mentor / Protégé program to gain knowledge of firm and industry best practicesMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fieldA minimum of 5-7 years of Marketing experience is requiredStrong working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Suite is requiredPrior experience planning and developing proposals (RFPs / RFQs) for project pursuitsExcellent communication skillsAbility to operate under multiple deadlinesTeam player that enjoys working in a collaborative environment
