Responsibilities
Ability to resolve computer hardware and software applications used by Manatee Healthcare System customers on the Local and Wide Area Networks.
Capabilities to include install, test and troubleshoot software and hardware applications on workstations, servers and network devices.
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

About Universal Health Services
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Preferred or Associated Degrees with 5 years experience in healthcare technology with Information Technology Specialty Certification(s)
Minimum 5 years PC hardware and software experience in Microsoft environment
Preferred experience in healthcare environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Systems analysis techniques and procedures determining hardware, software and system specific functions with identified project stake holders
Systems implementation throughout entire lifecycle and documentation
