- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning among nursing staff. Requirements :
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing nursing staff to reach their full potential.
