The Ideal Candidate
The Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to SVP of Marketing & Ecommerce and marketing team by executing various administrative duties, composing correspondence with internal and external contacts, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, and communicating with stores and malls as needed.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and must be able to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
How You Will Make an ImpactManage marketing budget, develop monthly projections, and review, track, and process invoices for approval and payment.
Manage outside resource to update IMAP pricing and products seasonally and provide weekly reporting that identifies online seller IMAP violations and rogue sellers across all online distribution channels.
Maintain list of all mall contacts for retail and factory stores and provide them with current store promotions for websites, as well as manage any lease required advertising.
Develop brand presentations and communicate seasonal marketing efforts to organization and landlords.Manage marketing calendar.
Maintain department files and collect / manage archive of brand printed materials.Field international marketing requests, seasonal product orders, and maintain project tracker in Asana.
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field of study3 years experience as administrative assistant - marketing and / or agency background is a plusStrong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), along with web-based programs to include management of files in online databasesUnderstanding of social mediaMust be detail orientedStrong written and oral communication requiredAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
