We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer who will be responsible for the manufacturing process design, including standard work methods, graphic work instructions, machine programming and tool and fixture design.

In this role, you will typically :

• Develop manufacturing methods and tooling;
• Lead lean initiatives including effective utilization of Six Sigma tools;
• Provide definition for capital investments related to manufacturing process improvements and automation;
• Provide manufacturing process support to production areas acting as the technical representative and the design engineering liaison;
• Effectively analyze product and process designs for the purpose of waste elimination, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives;
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet or exceed site environmental health and safety guidelines

We require :

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience interpreting blueprints and familiarity with GD&T
• Eexperience with CAD systems
• Authorization to work in the US

• Previous experience working in a production environment with electro-mechanical assemblies;
• Proficiency with CREO and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel;
• An analytical problem solver who can identify root causes and provide corrective solutions;
• A customer-focused change agent with a demonstrated sense of urgency;
• A focus on self-development and continuous learning;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• A team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision
