Job Description
The Office Manager will provide support to the HVI Service Line Director and management support the HVI Service Line Leadership team through the supervision of the day-to-day operations of the HVI Service Line including the out-patient Cardiac Testing, Cardiac Surgery, and Structural Heart offices.
They will assist the HVI Service Line Leadership team in adherence of all SH policies, regulations, goals, and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required with a minimum of 3 years of medical office experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities is required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written English proficiency required
- Excellent organization, problem solving, and listening skills are required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required. Broad based experience successfully working with physicians and individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and EMRs.
