Position Purpose
The Sr. Data Integrity Analyst will be responsible for the existing process for validation and setup of non-participating locations, delivering process improvements to increase efficiencies while reducing manual intervention, and supporting the Global I2C data integrity function.
Support process improvements and projects across North America and globally to improve data quality in our systems, support projects to ensure data and metrics are being used correctly and efficiently while ensuring global alignment.
The candidate selected for this role must be located in the greater Orlando, FL or greater Atlanta, GA area(s).
Major / Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the NPD validation and setup process to ensure accurate and timely creation allowing for timely revenue recognition and asset recovery.
Manage the interaction with external contractor that provides support in researching and setting up locations.
Lead project to design and implement cross-functional processes to enhance the NPD validation and setup process to improve efficiency and accuracy utilizing tools such as Robotic Process Automation, Power BI, and other relevant data sources for location intelligence.
Identify and communicate potential opportunities for Sales using the locations being requested.
Develop reporting to allow business to see the status of requests and revenue enabled via the NPD setups.
Support the Global I2C Data Integrity function as it relates to dunning exceptions / master changes, D&B access and reporting, Genpact onboarding, Blackline master access and reporting and mass SAP updates and testing among other items.
Lead and influence projects to improve data quality and analytics in CHEP systems while working with cross-functional teams to ensure data and processes are being utilized accurately and effectively.
Identify opportunities and drive solutions through collaboration and consultation with IT and global functions to improve reporting, automate processes, deliver efficiencies, and improve internal and external customer experiences using sound project management methodologies.
Maintain accurate, complete electronic documentation for Data Integrity policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure team processes meet control and compliance requirements.
Identify and deliver opportunities for automated solutions, including PowerBI, Salesforce, Digital, System enhancements and Robotic Process Automation
Provide reporting and analysis for North American Finance Business Services..
Serve as a back-up supporting CHEP Match activities.

Qualifications
Minimum : Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or in a similarly data-driven technical discipline or equivalent experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience, preferably with large complex datasets.
Building and preparation of scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting desirable
Use of Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite, and Business Warehouse
Demonstrated comfort with interpreting and presenting output to all levels of the organization
Experience collaborating cross-functionally for problem resolution, process improvements, and projects
Skills and Knowledge
Preferred technical skills to ensure success :
Intermediate+ Salesforce skills
Advanced M / S Excel
Intermediate Power BI and / or Power Query skills strongly preferred
Blackline (Automated Cash Application System)
Solid understanding of the CHEP Business, KPIs, and metrics
Innovative thinker with ability to work within matrix environment on long-term projects with little immediate supervision
Able to present and influence progress, findings, status, risks, next steps and recommendations at Manager and Director levels
Must be able to function effectively in a cross-functional and high-activity environment
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
Understanding of business process analysis techniques including Six Sigma and Lean tools
Capable of understanding technical application structures supporting areas of expertise
Strong verbal and written communication skills
