Property Accountant (1 day work from home)
We'recurrently seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. Offeringcompetitive compensation up to $70,000 with a 10% bonus and comprehensivebenefits, this role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with apassion for real estate accounting.
As a Property Accountant, you will play acrucial role in leading property-level reporting for a portfolio of assetswithin a larger industrial fund or portfolio.
Under the supervision ofPortfolio Accountants and the Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible forvarious accounting functions to support our rapidly growing enterprise.
Thisposition offers a work arrangement of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
Whatwe are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in commercial real estate.
- Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of development accounting is advantageous.
