Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and conduct training programs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Perform internal audits and manage quality control processes
• Prepare and present quality reports to management
• Maintain documentation and facilitate communication across teams

Requirements :

• Associate degree or equivalent training
• 2+ years experience in quality management (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
