Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Lead, Corporate Programs-NPD to lead our program management activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor design and process technology, with a proven track record of delivering new product qualification and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Measure, analyze, and build upon our successful execution of new product introductions.
- Measure and drive project quality metrics.
- Lead weekly project review meetings with cross-functional teams from corporate business groups to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product development processes from concept to product ramp and reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, including semiconductor design or process technology.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor new product program management.
- Previous experience in leadership of a program management group.
- Proven track record of delivering new product revenue through product development and qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Physical Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to lead a development or manufacturing taskforce.
Compensation
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $205,390 to $369,610 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
