About The Position

Job Description : Provide counseling services within the behavioral health department.- Facilitate discharge planning for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain patient records and document treatment plans accurately.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews.- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills pertaining to behavioral health practices.- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary.
