Position Overview : Reporting to Vikesh Khanna as an early member of the product team, you will oversee and drive all phases of product feature development for a substantial surface area of the product.

This includes end-to-end ownership of the roadmap, strategy, and execution for our large enterprise customers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.

You will also engage extensively with external customers to better understand how we can improve current products while also bringing new features and value to support their needs.

At Ambient, product managers have a direct impact on our growth and success in the market. We are creating a new category in the enterprise physical security market, and this role puts you right at the heart of an industry transformation. The impact you'll make :

  • Work with a cross-functional team to own and drive the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision
  • Drive new feature developments from start to finish
  • Run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction
  • Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after deployment

  • 5+ years experience in product management, with demonstrated experience in building and shipping products for enterprise customers
  • Experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development cycle
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize stakeholder requests
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We take a market-based approach to pay here at Ambient.ai, and pay may vary depending on multiple factors. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, level, market conditions, and internal parity.

Base salary is just one component of our total rewards package. As a fast-growing start-up, our regular employees are also granted stock options, and an opportunity to succeed when Ambient.

ai succeeds. As a young start-up with product market fit, our stock upside is substantial, and a large part of our total rewards strategy.

The pay scale below represents the starting base salary range we expect to pay for this position, and is subject to change* :

SF Bay Area : $124,000 - $155,000

From time to time, we may decide to make an offer to a candidate that is either leveled below or above this role based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
