As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping machinery and equipment running smoothly. From diagnosing issues to making repairs, you ensure everything operates efficiently.

Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a 2-year Industrial degree preferred or similar Facility Maintenance experience.
- Forklift certified required (selected Process Units only)
- 2 years of experience in Facilities and Building Maintenance operations. Preferably in a cosmetics or pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in applying Lean Manufacturing Principles in an operational setting.
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, usages, repairer, and maintenance.
- Building and Construction : Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involve in construction or repair of housed, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads.
- Clerical : Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and
terminology.
Functions :
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery or relevant equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance actions.
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalog, as necessary.
- Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measurements or electrical or electronic testing devices.
- Monitor drainpipes, sinks, dispensers, supplies usage and cleaning supplies.
- Monitor and account for all maintenance hand tools and equipment.
- Enter data in computer and send emails.
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in safe and timely manner.
- Train new employees in the day-to-day operations.
- Work with Facility Maintenance Manager (FMM) to troubleshoot machines and equipment.
- Participate in deployment of training for staff members.
- Identify candidates who deliver high performance and provide feedback to Maintenance Manager.
- Execute the HSE action plans on the floor, maintain health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
- Audit work area to ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Participate in accident investigations and resulting action plans.
- Perform other essential functions as assigned.
- Ability to work on any shift, nights, and weekends.
