Job Description

  • Lead and manage the entire project life cycle, from initial planning through construction and project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and zoning requirements.
  • Drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
