Job Description
- Lead and manage the entire project life cycle, from initial planning through construction and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise to ensure projects stay on track.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and zoning requirements.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
