Registered Vascular Sonographer - (Sonography - Sono)

StartDate : 11 / 18 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 / 10 / 12 D Pay Rate : $2397.28 - $2762.08

Sono-Vascular Tech needed asap for 13 weeks40 hours / week, Days, Monday - Friday. Start time will vary from 7 : 00am, 7 : 30am, 8 : 00am, 8 : 30am, and 9 : 00am.

Occasional Saturdays, as needed.Do not submit travelers who have or will have expiring licenses and / or certifications during time frame of entire assignment.

Traveler will automatically be declined.Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile including resume / work history, medefis portal and all onboarding disclosures / questionnaires).

Minimum one year vascular imaging experience requiredTraveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.

Prior traveler experience highly preferredRegistered in vascular ultrasound (RVT or RVS). BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLYSuccessful completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field.

Needs 2 completed references from recent work environment / assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years).

Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and / or based on the traveler's competency skills / experience.

The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and / or different locations within the organization.

During the traveler’s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.
