Our client, a large mid-market full-service firm is seeking a junior Associate in its Capital Markets and Securities team in Chicago.
This firm gives BigLaw quality work, without the BigLaw hours targets.
We are looking to speak with candidates with one to three years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions.
Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions.
The candidate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
The team provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.
