Nightingale Senior Care is seeking a caregiver to help a Female client in Long Beach. The hours for this Female client will be 4pm-9 : 30pm (Part-Time) for evening shifts for the rate of $18 an hour.
CARE NEEDS : SAFETY MONITORING, STANDBY ASSISTANCE, AMBULATION ASSISTANCE, TRANSFER ASSISTANCE, MEALS / HYDRATION, COMPANIONSHIP, LIGHT HOUSEWORK : DUSTING IN FAMILY ROOM, KITCHEN CLEAN-UP, BATHROOM CLEAN-UP
Requirements :
- HCA registration (Home Care Aid)
- Live Scan (Criminal Background Check)
- TB Test (Tuberculosis Test) or Chest X-RAY
- Minimum 2* years* of experience (Caring for Family Members Counts!)
- Legally permitted to work in the US
- Licensed driver with reliable transportation
- Reliable, dependable, compassionate and friendly
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively
- Capability to handle responsibilities efficiently and effectively
- Knowledge of memory impairment
- Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to upholding them is essential
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life
