Responsibilities :
Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish.
Create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet event requirements.
Recruit, train, and supervise event staff including servers, decorators, and other event personnel.
Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate event decoration, layout, and set-up according to event themes and requirements.
Ensure that the venue is aesthetically pleasing and set up in a timely manner.
Oversee post-event clean-up activities to ensure the venue is left in good condition.
Coordinate with cleaning staff or volunteers to efficiently clean up the event space.
Coordinate with caterers or food vendors to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Monitor food quality and presentation to meet the expectations of guests.
Arrange for event photography or videography to capture key moments and highlights.
Ensure that photos are taken and shared with stakeholders for promotional purposes.
Create engaging social media content to promote events before, during, and after.
Manage social media accounts and post updates, photos, and videos to attract attendees and increase event awareness.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
