  • Greet and check-in patients, verifying their demographic and insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar, confirm appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquires or direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Collect co-pays and payments for services rendered, scanning documents
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred or you have the willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
