Experienced RN Incentives :

- ASN to BSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000).
- BSN to MSN Bridging Program to assist in obtaining your BSN (up to $16,000)
Units you may float to based on experience :
ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units, Acute Rehab and Behavioral Health.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2 years RN bed-side experience required
- Required Education : Nursing Degree from an accredited RN program
- License : Current RN license in the state of MO
- Certifications : Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Preferred Education : BSN
- Preferred Experience : a minimum 3 years medical surgical or critical care experience in hospital setting and have competencies equivalent to those required of core staff nurses
