Agile Project Manager
Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
6-Month Contract-to-Hire
$55-$75 / hr
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to create agile methodologies from scratch and work with internal and external stakeholders including product, sales, and technology groups to direct project management across multiple tech projects.

THE ROLE
- Collaborate with Data Operations and Technology leadership in further establishing company agile process and PM best practice.
- Evolve Agile process as well as adhere and utilize sprint planning / grooming, standup meetings, sprint review, retrospectives, etc.
- Sprint & release delivery
- Lead the coordination and organization of releases.
- Team coordination & initiatives planning
- Facilitating & unblocking the team as needed
- Responsible for release planning and progress & status management
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Agile Project Manager within this role will likely have the following skills and experience :
- BS in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science or related is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software project management deploying, evolving, and managing Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leveraging techniques and processes to clearly define project roles and expectations
- Background in Jira, Confluence and / or other standard Agile and / or PM software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with analysts, scientists, and other technical roles
NICE TO HAVE
- Marketing and / or media agency background
- Background as an Analyst or Software Developer
- Modeling techniques such as Notation or Business Process Model
