Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Runner / Utility / Host to join the team at Hundred Mile Brewing! This is a multifuncational role so you will be trained for both.
You will generally act as the liaison between the front of house and back of the house. If youre friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner (Utility)
- Work the expo line and maintain consistency of plated food (Utility)
- Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff (Utility)
- Greet and Seat Guest (Host)
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces (Utility and Host)
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables (Utility and Host)
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations (Utility and Host)
Qualifications :
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Bilingual is a plus
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
