Sunbelt staffing is partnered with a school district near East Hanover,NJ to hire a qualified and experienced school behavior analysis, BCBA for our full time job.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and in collaboration with the student's educational team.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input regarding students' behavior goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' behavior and learning needs using a variety of assessment tools and methods.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- NJ BCBA certification REQUIRED
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
