As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Head of Product Management to lead our product vision and execution, focusing on our customer-facing products including but not limited to our mobile applications, pricing, and devices.

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management to define, develop, and execute our comprehensive product strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for working across multiple teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives, user needs, and market trends.

You will be instrumental in driving the success of our product portfolio from concept through to execution and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and define business rules : Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear and actionable business rules ensuring all features and functionalities align with company business and financial objectives.
• Create detailed functional requirements : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, technical product management, business analysts, engineering, sales, marketing, creative, finance, and customer care, to create comprehensive functional requirements.

These requirements will serve as the blueprint for product development, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall product strategy.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle : Lead the current products and future products from initial concept and requirements gathering, through design and development, to final launch and post-launch optimization.

Ensure that all milestones are met on time and within scope, maintaining a high level of product quality and user satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Collaborate with multiple teams : Actively work with program management, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and customer care teams to ensure that all departments are aligned with the product’s goals and timelines.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to resolve challenges and keep product development on track.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape : Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching and analyzing trends in the wireless industry.

Use these insights to shape product strategies that enhance MobileX’s competitive position, ensuring that our offerings remain relevant, innovative, and user-friendly.

Drive AI-enabled feature development : Identify opportunities for incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning into our product offerings.

Define use cases and develop a roadmap for AI-driven features that enhance user experience, optimize operations, and improve decision-making.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in product management within the MVNO or wireless telecom industry : A deep understanding of the MVNO business model and its technical and operational nuances, with a successful track record of delivering mobile applications and backend system solutions in this space.
• Strong understanding of mobile applications and back-end financial systems : Extensive experience in managing and developing both customer-facing mobile applications and backend financial processes, including billing, payments, and financial tracking.
• Experience in AI and machine learning : Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in mobile and financial products.

Experience in defining AI features, from ideation through implementation, is highly desirable.

Hands-on leadership approach : A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams.

You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to ensure projects move forward and obstacles are removed.

• Experience in product lifecycle management : Solid experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of products, from conceptualization through development, launch, and ongoing iteration, with a focus on meeting business goals, user needs, and market demands.
• Ability to assess competitive landscapes and drive differentiation : Strong ability to assess the current market environment, evaluate competitors’ offerings, and develop product strategies that set MobileX apart from the competition.
