The Project Manager is in charge of the Project Management Team. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the project to ensure a timely and cost-effective outcome.

This includes budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project. He / she will oversee a smooth transition from the estimate / pre-construction phase to construction, including design management, if applicable, in order to protect the bid position.

He / she is responsible for ensuring the project / area is constructed in a safe, ethical manner, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Project Manager Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience with financial operations and corporate cost control
  • 5+ years of experience reviewing, executing, and managing the client's prime contract as well as subcontracts and vendor agreements.

This includes facilitating, administering, and participating in contract discussions, reviews, and negotiations with all relevant contracting parties.

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in the management of heavy civil infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
