Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Manage and support large-scale transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.

Provide strategic leadership, direction, and innovative solutions to the project teams.

Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of key milestones.

Project Management :

Manage the full lifecycle of transformation projects from ideation through implementation.

Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and within budget while meeting or exceeding business objectives.

Stakeholder Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Communicate complex transformation strategies and updates clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Process Optimization :

Apply advanced process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Uphold and promote the principles of out-of-the-box, simplicity, automation, self-service, and risk reduction in all transformation activities.

Collaboration & Mentorship :

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within Business Transformation and other internal organizations communicating issues, and questions timely.

Manage and collaborate effectively with global teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Risk & Issue Management :

Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and obstacles raised by stakeholders and project team.

Ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives driving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and operations

Strong background in the coordination of GTM strategies and Sales Operations

Track record of leading large, transformational projects.

Proven ability to take ownership of the initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and solicit / gain support inside and outside of the Business Transformation team.

Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships.

Must be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced process improvement skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.

Proven knowledge in agile and waterfall project management methodologies; certification preferred.

CRM and Revenue Reporting Systems reporting experience is highly desired.

Expertise with project management tools.

Compensation :

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$111,650.00 - $219,150.00
