Are you a seasoned Controller seeking an exciting opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment? Look no further! Our clients company is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Monthly Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

Dive deep into journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Performance Analysis : Identify trends and variances in financial results, providing valuable insights to senior management and recommending strategic actions for improvement.

Accounts Management : Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including the issuance of 1099s, to ensure smooth operations.

Tax Compliance : Navigate complex tax regulations by completing sales tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, managing exemptions, and coordinating with external firms for audits and income tax preparations.

Cost Accounting Expertise : Drive efficiency through cost accounting duties, including standard cost roll preparation and transfer pricing rate reviews.

Cash Flow Forecasting : Keep a pulse on cash flow, monitoring and forecasting to ensure financial stability.

Operational Leadership : Manage UK company operations from customer service to logistics, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

Budgeting and Controls : Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare and review annual budgets, implementing robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to automate and streamline finance procedures, optimizing contributions to strategic business goals.

Team Management : Mentor and motivate a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and peak performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of IFRS standards and GAAP.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
