Sonographer - GYN - (Sonography - Sono)

StartDate : 9 / 23 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 E Pay Rate : $2017.06 - $2324.01

To perform routine examinations in Ultrasound and; adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic and / or therapeutic results;

prepare patients for examinationsThis requires independent judgment to adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic results under the direction of a radiologist.

1+ years of experience in ultrasound / sonographyMust know all preps for each Radiology and Vascular / Cardiac U / S exams and procedures.

Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve work environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.

Associate's Degree in Ultrasound / Sonography or Radiologic TechnologyOR Certificate of completion of Ultrasound / Sonography or Radiologic Technology programBLS (American Heart Assoc.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in ultrasound / sonography.

Must know all preps for each Radiology and Vascular / Cardiac U / S exams and procedures.

Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve work environment.

Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.

Associate's Degree in Ultrasound / Sonography or Radiologic Technology

Certificate of completion of Ultrasound / Sonography or Radiologic Technology program

BLS (American Heart Assoc.)

Registered Vascular Tech (RVT) through ARDMS

RDMS Abdomen (AB) or RDMS Obstetrics / Gynecology (OB / GYN) through ARDMS
