IT Project Manager

General Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of IT projects, from initiation to completion and follow the established project management methodology.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, project charters, objectives, create schedules and oversight throughout the entire project;

ensuring the successful delivery of projects are within scope, budget, and timeline. Essential Duties : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaborationMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesConduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholdersCollect pre-project planning information while working with project team subject matter expertsGather requirements and present to stakeholdersCoordinate outside vendors for product demonstrations and track evaluationsUpdate and track project team with delays and project changes Manage and report current project status while working with multiple project leads, internal and external to Information SystemsPlanning and strategy support for future projects Manage Project Management tools, keeping project tasks up to date Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelinesPerform day-to-day administrative tasks with project team members and scheduling meetings Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practicesEvaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvementProvide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Required Skills : Understanding of full project lifecycle Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projectsExcellent reporting skillsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to think ahead to identify, plan, prepare and mitigate risks and potential issuesSolid understanding of software implementations Experience and understanding of IT infrastructure and supportBalanced business / technical background with sufficient level of technical background to provide an understanding throughout projects Excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office products (, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)Experience with ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management software (preferred) Required Education :

• High School diploma / GED with 7+ years of related experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of related experience
• PMP certification Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. Special Requirements : This position is an on-site position, with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days per week when operations permit.

Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, and in some cases, with little to no advance notice. This position requires that the applicant selected be a citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Compensation : The base salary range for this full-time position is $109,695 - $137,145 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
