Direct Counsel is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney for a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm with more than 1100 attorneys, across 44 offices across the United States.

Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 1+ years coverage / coverage litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
- Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage / coverage litigation matters
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

The annualized salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000.
