Marketing Campaign Strategist at Scentsy in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Marketing Campaign Strategist Meridian, ID ( - Marketing Description As aMarketing Campaign Strategistat Scentsy, you are at the heart of a variety of business operations, bridging the gap between Product Development, Creative, Project Management, Consultant Training & Support, Implementation, Marketing Technology, Marketing Channels, international teams and senior executives.

Your role involves translating business goals into comprehensive marketing plans that motivate employees, energize Consultants, and make Scentsy a place we're all proud to be a part of.

Clickhere (to see what we're all about and learn more about us What You Will Do : + Develop marketing plans with a focus on creativity and strategy - come up with limitless possibilities, then prioritize what we should do with limited resources + Investigate the broader market landscape, consumer sentiment, and Scentsy's data resources to derive meaningful insights + Work with with the Product Development teams to understand specific goals and craft effective campaigns that will help Consultants to grow their businesses + Collaborate with marketing channel owners and international marketers to ensure tactics align with strategy + Support the creative team with highly responsive communication and thoughtful feedback + Take ownership of the strategy, narrative, and results for marketing campaigns from beginning to end What We're Looking For : + B.

A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience + 5+ years of proven marketing, communications, and promotions experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce + Demonstrative results from previous experience - both from the marketing perspective and business perspective + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Continual interest in learning how to make marketing channels more effective and the ability to support channel managers by guiding creative in the right direction + Ability to think like a business owner, with a unique combination of having a strong vision and high standards + Experience with international brands and direct sales are a big plus At Scentsy, we're all about being our authentic selves and embracing our differences, and we'd love to hear from you.
