We are actively seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time role in Palmdale, CA.
This position involves working in a supportive school environment, where you will be essential in helping students overe munication challenges and achieve their educational goals.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders.
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, tailored to their specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to enhance student learning and therapy effectiveness.
- Document therapy sessions and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed to maximize outes.
Qualifications :
- Must have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Required to hold a valid California SLP license or CTC credential.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent munication skills and a strong mitment to teamwork.
