Job Description
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a complex medical setting
- Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.)
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is precise and timely
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, keeping track of patient responses
- Educate patients and their families on treatments, timelines, and what to expect during care
- Respond promptly to any emergencies ensuring the safety and wellbeing of patients at all times
