Ops Integration is looking to hire a program manager to lead several projects required to drive a strategic transition to new technology solutions that can optimize key areas like Forecasting, Inventory Placement, S&OP and Capacity & Transportation Planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading this transformative initiative and ensuring the successful implementation of advanced supply chain systems and processes, using machine learning and GenAI.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain technology implementation and change management. You should be adept at analyzing data, identifying optimization opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of new systems and workflows.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work across disciplines, organizations, and geographies, translating complex technical and operational requirements for varied audiences.

You must think big, move fast, and pivot frequently in a dynamic environment.

Key job responsibilities :

  • Assess current supply chain planning and execution processes, identify pain points, and develop a roadmap for automation and optimization;
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend the most appropriate technology solutions to address our key challenges;
  • Lead the implementation and rollout of new supply chain systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure;
  • Design and deploy data-driven workflows, KPIs, and reporting to enhance visibility and decision-making;
  • Change manage the transition, providing training and support to supply chain teams;
  • Continuously monitor performance and fine-tune solutions to achieve ongoing improvements.

  • Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements;
  • Manage project deliverables, including day-to-day communication with key stakeholders;
  • Ensure project implementation and adoption.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Program or project management experience;
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL;
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
  • Experience in supply chain technology implementation and change management;
  • Fluent in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree;
  • Experience with technologies (artificial intelligence).
